Estimate fees
are payable when you check the item in at our counter. After evaluating the repairs necessary we will contact you with an estimate price for your approval. If you approve this estimate, the original estimate fee will be applied towards the actual repair. If you choose not to accept the estimate on an item, and it is a type of item we sell (Such as monitors or printers), you can surrender your item for disposal and apply your estimate fee towards the purchase of a new item.
